Championing Men Sexual Health & Awareness

My advocacy focuses on men’s sexual and reproductive health through an initiative called Save the Balls. The initiative seeks to create awareness around men’s health issues that are often overlooked, misunderstood, or surrounded by stigma and silence. Through Save the Balls, I want to encourage men and boys to understand their bodies, recognize warning signs, seek medical attention early, and feel comfortable talking about their sexual and reproductive health. Topics such as testicular health, testicular injuries, sexually transmitted infections, sexual health education, fertility, prostate health, and other conditions affecting men deserve open and informed conversations. A major part of my advocacy is addressing the culture of silence surrounding men’s health. Many men may ignore symptoms, feel embarrassed to seek help, or believe that discussing health concerns makes them less masculine. I want to challenge this mindset by promoting the message that taking care of your health is a responsibility, not a weakness. Save the Balls will focus on education, awareness, prevention, early intervention, and encouraging men to seek appropriate professional medical care. Through social media campaigns, community outreach, educational content, and conversations with young people, I aim to make reliable information about men’s sexual health more accessible. My goal is not only to encourage men to protect their sexual health, but also to create a generation of young men who are knowledgeable about their bodies, comfortable seeking help, and willing to speak openly about health issues that affect them. Save the Balls is about breaking the silence, spreading knowledge, and reminding every man that his health matters.

Our mission combines youth outreach, sports tournaments, free medical screening drives, and digital campaigns to make self-checks second nature.
